We are delighted to share recent drone footage of Sheares Hall in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, a 350-bed student accommodation scheme we’re currently delivering in partnership with HG Construction.
This exciting new scheme is located close to the ‘Newcastle Helix’ innovation district, as well as Newcastle University’s Business School, Urban Sciences Building and INTO centre. It will offer student residents a gym, study rooms, co-working area, cinema lounge and external courtyard, in addition to beautifully designed studio and cluster flats.
The site team continues to make fantastic progress and we look forward to sharing more updates along the construction journey.
