In partnership with M&G Real Estate, HG Living have agreed to develop Plot N16 Stratford, a 504-bed, best-in-class PBSA asset situated in Zone 2 London.
This market-leading development will deliver 504 high-quality student rooms comprising 364 cluster ensuites and 140 studios. Residents of the scheme will benefit from an abundance of internal and external amenity spaces including a fully-equipped gym & studios at ground level as well as lounge areas, games room, screening room, co-working space and communal / private dining facilities on the first floor, spilling out onto a large, landscaped terrace. In addition, a sky bar and yoga terrace will be found on the 17th floor with views stretching out across the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
