In partnership with M&G Real Estate, HG Living have agreed to develop Plot N16 Stratford, a 504-bed, best-in-class PBSA asset situated in Zone 2 London.

This market-leading development will deliver 504 high-quality student rooms comprising 364 cluster ensuites and 140 studios. Residents of the scheme will benefit from an abundance of internal and external amenity spaces including a fully-equipped gym & studios at ground level as well as lounge areas, games room, screening room, co-working space and communal / private dining facilities on the first floor, spilling out onto a large, landscaped terrace. In addition, a sky bar and yoga terrace will be found on the 17th floor with views stretching out across the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The quality of the accommodation is also reflected in the scheme’s sustainability goals, targeting EPC ‘A’ and BREEAM ‘Outstanding’.

The development will deliver much needed student housing to the local area with 51% of units to be governed under a nomination’s agreement and 35% of units to be let at affordable rents. Students will find themselves within walking distance of the UAL London College of Fashion and the UCL East campus, both of which are also located within the Olympic Park.

HG Construction will be acting as the main contractor, again showcasing the synergies of an in-group Developer / Contractor partnership to collaboratively deliver the scheme for the start of the 2028/29 academic year.
