We are very pleased with the progress at Sheares Hall in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, a stylish new 350-bed student accommodation scheme being delivered in partnership with HG Construction.
Cladding is almost complete, heating is now on, final clean is taking place on level six, and level 11 is almost finished externally. In the coming weeks, the team will be continuing with internal fit-out and decorating, along with the testing and commissioning of M&E systems.
Sheares Hall will offer its student residents a gym, study rooms, co-working area, cinema lounge, and external courtyard, in addition to beautifully designed studio and cluster flats. Located close to the ‘Newcastle Helix’ innovation district, it is well-placed for Newcastle University’s Business School, Urban Sciences Building and INTO centre.
The scheme is well on track for completion ahead of summer 2025.
