We are pleased to announce the establishment of a new partnership with M&G Real Estate to develop a 504 bed purpose built student accommodation (‘PBSA’) development in Stratford, East London.
N16 Stratford has a Gross Development Value of £135m and is situated in the heart of Stratford, home to several well-established and accredited universities. The state-of-the art scheme comprises 504 beds across two blocks reaching 10 and 18 storeys. The project will also include over 1,500 sqm of high-quality amenity space for students, including roof terraces and courtyards.
N16 is targeting an EPC rating of A and a BREEAM rating of Outstanding. The scheme will be led by HG Living alongside HG Construction as the main contractor and is expected to be ready for students in the 2028/29 academic year.
