Work is continuing at pace at HG Living’s new Build-to-Rent scheme in Milton Keynes, a high-quality, centrally located development comprising 306 new energy efficient residential apartments.
During August, piling works were completed and work began on pile cap formation and drainage installation. The arrival of HG Construction’s Moritsch tower crane this month signals a new phase in the construction journey, as we forge ahead with the superstructure works.
The £80m Build-to-Rent scheme is being developed on behalf of the Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC). We are targeting a 4* Homes Quality Mark rating, a minimum gold WiredScore rating and a minimum EPC rating of ‘B’. The scheme will boast a fantastic range of amenities including a 24-hour concierge, residents’ lounge, gym, fitness studio, sky lounge and multi-use games room.
