We are pleased to welcome Matt King to HG Living as Investment and Acquisitions Analyst. Matt previously worked with the Montagu Evans ‘Living’ Capital Markets Team. He has solid experience in sourcing investment and development opportunities for developers and institutional investors and in the disposal of fully operational assets, primarily in the PBSA, BTR and Co-Living sectors.
Matt’s role within HG Living will involve the sourcing of new development opportunities and securing funding/investment partners for future developments in the PBSA, BTR, Co-Living and Hotel sectors. With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with robust knowledge of our target sectors, we are confident that Matt will be a valuable asset to our team.
